What we’re looking for:-
This position is responsible for the managing and resolving issues around invoicing, fees charged and payment allocations. The role will assist in the collection of outstanding monies on Family Accounts.
The Role:-
- Responsible for collection of outstanding family debt
- Send emails, texts and phone calls in line with Debt Management processes, and manage the inbox
- Raising and processing Third Party Invoices.
- Responsible for processing and validating Refund requests for funds returns.
- Assisting centres with Statements/ Invoicing
- Accepting Parent phone calls about Invoicing issues around debt.
- Enter and monitor payment arrangements with families
- Process payments for outstanding accounts

- Accounts Receivable/Debt Recovery or related qualification (highly desirable)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role (Account management and/or Accounts Receivable experience)
- Intermediate Excel and Intermediate Word Skills
- Data entry experience
- Experience in general ledger reconciliations
- Knowledge of the childcare services industry and relevant legislation (an advantage)
