Leading medical implant company is seeking permanent part-time Accounts Payable Officer based in Milton – Interviewing next week for start in early July!
Your new Company
Established for over 20 years, our global company is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a permanent part-time basis – currently 16 hours per week. You will be joining a team that’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience, this position will be based at our riverfront Corporate offices in Milton – close to Train, Bus, Ferry routes or nearby parking!
Your new role
- Supplier maintenance
- Supplier Invoice processing
- Creditor reconciliations
- Reconcile Corporate Credit Cards
- Reconcile Cash Expense claims
- Handling queries via phone and email from suppliers
- Support the Customer Service Team for overflow calls
- Support Accounts Receivable functions as required
- General office duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workflow and meet deadlines
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service
