Longstanding firm (established in 1974) in Hawkesbury area requires an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic Family Law team.

The Position

An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and dedicated Paralegal who has worked within Family Law and prides herself/himself on the level of service she/he delivers to clients.

The successful applicant will be capable of managing multiple tasks with a calm and can-do attitude:

Duties include:

• drafting legal documents and correspondence;
• liaising with clients, courts and legal professionals;
• diary management
• preparing bills; and
• providing general administrative support as needed.

The Person

Required skills include:

• previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal;
• proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite;
• strong understanding of Family Law procedures and terminology;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• familiarity with Family Court procedures and requirements;
• ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation;
• commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
