Rebus Legal is a boutique law firm in Perth that is looking for a Family Lawyer with PAE 1 + years to 7 years' experience to join our friendly team of Lawyers. 

We are currently experiencing rapid growth and seek to add to our dynamic friendly team of Lawyers who share a passion for the law, with the focus being on providing quality legal representation and obtaining the best possible outcome for all our clients. The team works collaboratively to ensure that our clients get the best legal representation, in Family - Property and Parenting matters.

About the role

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for the right candidate, with 1+ years P.A.E to work closely with our experienced Partners and team and play an integral part in the growth of Rebus Legal. You will predominately undertake a diverse range of legal work in the area of Family Law. You will be responsible for running your own case load, and our Partners encourage professional development and individual growth. Working aside, the team at Rebus Legal are great fun with an open focus on promoting a work life balance.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, confident, reliable and willing to work as part of a close-knit team. Ideal background and skills include:

• A minimum of PAE 1 + years’ legal practice experience with Family Law experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills together with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to run and manage own case files.
• Confident to handle legal challenges with good work ethic and desire to help clients.
• Confidence to represent clients in Court.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
