We are a rapidly growing, close-knit family law firm based in Perth CBD.
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of receptionist/office all rounder. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, possess ample common sense and initiative, and be a team player.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Answering phones (including but not limited to taking new client details, making client appointments etc);
- Greeting clients;
- Data entry;
- Printing, scanning, photocopying and typing as required;
- Attending to outside of office deliveries;
- Mail collection and distribution;
- Arranging courier deliveries; and
- General office organisation tasks.
The position includes all reception tasks together with assisting other administrative staff to help with the smooth running of our team of 9, comprising two Directors, two lawyers, two paralegals, two legal assistants and an executive assistant.
We are seeking someone who:
- is seeking long-term employment;
- has good communication skills and abundant common sense and initiative;
- detail-oriented;
- has fantastic organisational skills;
- presents well; and
- is honest, reliable and hardworking.
The position is full-time for five days per week from 8.30am Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4pm on Friday. We are unable to consider any applicants seeking part-time work.
