About Us:

Gosnells Community Legal Centre is seeking a passionate, experienced Family Lawyer to work in our innovative Leave Safe Stay Safe program.. 

Leave Safe Stay Safe is a holistic program that provides social support, education and a free legal service to women in Bandyup prison who have experienced Family and Domestic Violence. Our legal program supports in the areas of:

• Property Law
• Divorce and separation
• Family Law
• Family Violence Restraining Orders, and
• Criminal Injury Compensation

About You:

• Unrestricted practitioner, experienced in Family Law
• Experienced in advice and representation
• Passionate about supporting women through Family Violence,
• Passionate about helping the community, and
• A fantastic team player with a great attitude
