Fashion Designer

Cue garments are design-led, beautifully crafted and renowned for technical innovation and exclusive finishes. Reporting to the Design Director, you will collaborate to create fashion forward seasonal collections of women’s Ready to Wear styles.

Our talented designers, are support by expert patternmakers and sample machinists in our Surry Hills Head Offices; minutes from Central Station, great cafes and bars.

We are proudly Australian owned with over 180 stores across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

· Creating design sketches aligned to local and international fashion trends

· Following your design through from sketch to finished garment, whilst embracing the brands vision and DNA

· Collaborating with our established design team to continue to drive our collections forward

Desired skills and experience:

· Womenswear Fashion Design qualification

· Experience in a design role with emphasis on sketching garments and developing collections

· Extensive knowledge of current international fashion trends

· Understanding of the unique Cue premium design aesthetic

· Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and operate in a fast paced, busy design team

· Positive attitude and creative flair
