Are you passionate about empowering and supporting our lovely female Client to participate in her daily routines and engage in activities she enjoys?
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide support to our female Client. In this role, you will assist our Client with personal cares and facilitate her participation in social, community, and recreational activities. Additionally, you will support her in gradually resuming her daily routines, including personal cares, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and community access.
Shifts for this Client are on a 4-day rotating basis, with one roster including shifts from 6am to 12pm & 12pm to 6pm, and the alternate roster being 8am to 4pm.

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities…
To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
Provide support to our Clients as required
Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
To be Successful you must…
Resonate with the role description above
Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain)
Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain- preferred)
Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
Manual handling experience required
