About the role
We are seeking a full time Field Officer to join our Sydney team. Field Officers at ATC identify Australian Apprenticeship opportunities, manage hosting arrangements and work with schools, parents and RTO’s to encourage VET participation. The TAC offices are based in Homebush, NSW.
The role of the Field Officer will require you to:
- Promote and secure traineeship and apprenticeship opportunities
- Engage host employers
- Work to develop, manage and maintain relationships with employers, schools, parents and students
- Recruitment and coordinate pre-employment activities, conduct mentoring visits, report writing and general administration tasks.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a relationship building or account management role
- Results and outcome driven
- MUST hold a current and valid drivers’ license
