As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in the field, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor equipment in the field, such as pumps, compressors, and valves.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Record and report any equipment malfunctions or incidents.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Should have Hydrocarbons Experience.
- Min 5 Years experience for Gasification Department
- Previous experience as a Field Operator or related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry equipment and processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in varying shifts and travel to different locations as required.
