The Role
TrussTech has an exciting part-time opportunity for a Sales Representative based in Dry Creek, with remote working also available. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales while upholding the professionalism and quality of service that TrussTech is renowned for. Key responsibilities comprise:
- Customer service, addressing orders and pricing inquiries.
- Swiftly responding to RFQs through phone, email, and social media channels.
- Generating leads by visiting opportunities in the field.
- Nurturing and converting leads into quotes.
- Identifying new customers and business prospects.
- Employing consultative techniques to engage key decision-makers.
- Securing referrals to cultivate new client relationships.
- Cross-selling complementary products.
- Provide weekly reports on your sales pipeline and activities.
The successful applicant will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience or a related role.
- A proven track record in selling to carpenters, builders, or form workers (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional customer service skills.
