About the Role
Our Client is currently recruiting for experienced Field Service Engineer to join the team. Our client offers a competitive base salary. Overtime is paid at penalty rates on top of the normal rate. We are looking for an enthusiastic person, who is willing to learn, has a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, a team player who wants to work in a highly motivated environment.
Role Summary
Tasks
- Performs everyday Field Service tasks such as repair, installation, and maintenance.
- Supports Leading Hands, Supervisor and Operations Manager
- Help work to the Schedule within the Workshop and onsite
- Maintain reasonable standards of housekeeping in the workshop
- Reviews job packs daily
- Training of new personnel
- Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulation
- Promotes process improvements
- Assists with working to budget targets

Mandatory skills
- Technical knowledge
- Industry knowledge
- Recognised relevant trade qualification
- Working at heights (GWO ticket may be required)
- Holds high-risk work licenses as required
- Good understanding of work-related Safety standards
- Customers' inductions for site visits
- Holds a valid driving license
Desirable skills
- Previous customer service skills
- Ability to mentor TA's
- Gearbox Testing
- High-risk work license, FLT, Dogging, and Rigging, otherwise training will be given where needed
