Within our Customer Support team, you will provide technical support and expertise on this range to our customers throughout Queensland, and our Field Service team throughout ANZ. You will be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team.
As such, your main functions will be to:
- Provide 1st level technical support and expertise to our direct customers in your assigned territory.
- Be an active member of our Customer Support Hotline team as our first point of contact in responding to all ANZ customers.
- Installation, upgrades, and scheduled preventative maintenance to our contracted customers
- Actively participate in working groups focused on resolving technical cases, providing technical expertise and overall continuous improvements;
- Work closely with all departments involved (sales, marketing, technical support, hotlines, supply chains, documentation…).
- Ensure that your technical knowledge is kept up to date across our product portfolio.
- Follow all procedures and regulatory requirements at all times.
Profile
Your profile and skills that are needed for this role :
- You ideally have a background in biomedical engineering or health engineering; you already have similar experience in medical devices and/or IVD instrumentation;
- Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and robotics is required;
- A strong team player with the ability to deal with deadlines
- You are tech-savvy and proficient in software applications including MS Office.
- Proven experience in achieving Customer Support satisfaction with integrity, empathy, and sincerity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident in your abilities and autonomous.
- Hold appropriate qualifications and Queensland Restricted Electrical Licence.
The following skills would be greatly appreciated:
- Knowledge and use of data manager
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, network environments, and laboratory computer connections.
- Be interested in online learning and training design.
