Leading and coaching a compact team of dedicated, hard-working and technically savvy Field Service Techs, you are in charge of delivering optimum aftermarket services, alongside your fellow Supervisors in New Builds and Workshops. Reporting to the Service Manager, you are their right-hand person for providing safe repairs and maintenance to our customers, consistent with OEM specifications and procedures.
You will not be short of variety working with top brands like Volvo and SDLG, supporting customers in the mining, construction and agricultural industries, from large corporations to small independent business owners. And, you have a dedicated Administrator to support you to organise your team and arrange assistance for our regional branches, as needed. You will also have plenty of opportunity to train and be involved in Company events and activities, like the international Volvo Masters competition (which we are proud to say we are finalists in this year!).
You will rise to the top of our shortlist if you have the following:
- Demonstrated leadership experience – you know how to get the best out of your people and deliver an exceptional customer service.
- Trade qualifications in Diesel Mechanics or something similar.
- Your passion for safety is second to none. You are invested in ensuring your team start work safe, work safe and leave safe.
- You are familiar with Construction Equipment. You’ve worked on a few wheel loaders in your time.
- Your pretty good with a computer and you can find your way around Word, Excel and Outlook.
