Your Day-to-Day Looks Like This:

• Travel to a variety of client sites and install cutting-edge environmental fragrance systems that disperse captivating scents in desired areas.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations are met and surpassed, providing exceptional service every time.

• Collaborate with Client Relations personnel to coordinate the shipment of replacement equipment when needed, ensuring seamless operations.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment installed in client locations, keeping everything running smoothly.

• Utilize your exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to perform basic repairs and ensure optimal performance of installed equipment.

• Conduct onsite property surveys and equipment specifications as directed, contributing to the overall success of each project.

•  Complete all technical paperwork accurately and promptly, adhering to company guidelines.

• Efficiently complete tasks according to installation and service schedules, showcasing your exceptional work ethic and self-motivation.

Who We're Seeking:

• Minimum of 2 years of field experience as an HVAC mechanical and electrical technician, or as a “low-tech” Small Device services and installation Technician who is adept at using small hand tools and always striving for excellence.

• Most of the systems/products ScentAir services are attached to the wall in the target space or installed on the HVAC system ductwork. The ability to climb ladders is a must.

• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.

• A general understanding of basic electrical and mechanical applications and how things work.

• A general understanding of HVAC mechanical systems, ensuring effective problem-solving and smooth operation of our equipment.

• A self-motivated individual eager to learn something new as we continue to create new products for our customers.

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, enabling you to quickly identify and resolve issues.

• The ability to read and interpret building plans and blueprints, ensuring precise installations is a big plus.

• Previous customer service experience with exceptional written and oral communication skills, delivering top-notch service at every interaction.

• Willingness to travel frequently, embracing new destinations and exciting challenges.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds, allowing you to handle the physical demands of the job.

• Technical proficiency in operating a computer and calculator, as well as effective communication skills.

Work Environment:

• This position is based out of our Melbourne area facility. 

• Local travel to client and subcontractor facilities will be a regular part of your role, accounting for approximately 90% of your time, and sometimes more.

• We provide a company vehicle, and travel per diem, and will cover or reimburse all approved job-related travel expenses, ensuring you have the resources you need to succeed. (Must have a Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving record)
