This role provides a unique opportunity for hands-on work in the field, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components of heavy equipment and vehicles.
As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in heavy equipment and vehicles at client sites.
• Providing comprehensive breakdown and routine servicing in the field.
• Completing and submitting detailed job reports.
• Delivering excellent customer service on-site.
• Managing OH&S safety requirements during Field Service operations.
• Collaborating with team members on larger jobs as required.

What You'll Need:

• Experience working on heavy vehicles and/or materials handling machinery, including crushers and compactors.
• Trade qualification such as Mechanical Fitter, Boilermaker, Diesel Mechanic, or Auto-Electrician, or significant demonstrable experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members.
• Clean driver's license – HR license is desirable (or willingness to obtain).
• Physical fitness and ability to carry out basic manual handling as required.
• Work rights to live and work in Australia.
