The Position:
We are seeking a Field Service Technician - Heavy Equipment with experience working on Heavy Equipment, mobile plant, access equipment or similar to join our team in Perth (Welshpool).
Adaptalift look after the customer and company owed equipment and provide breakdown services, fault finding and preventive and routine maintenance services on the equipment.
We offer $42-46 per hour, depending on your experience, overtime penalty rates & on-call allowances, ongoing technical training, a fully stocked van, a centralised support centre and a supportive supervisor who will guide and mentor you.
What will you be doing?
- Fault finding, troubleshooting & problem-solving breakdowns.
- Undertaking scheduled maintenance and servicing.
- Utilising your technical skills to problem solve.
- Visiting our customers on their sites, providing a high-quality & safe service.
- Collaborating with your team on large overhauls and commissions.
- Experience working as a Mechanic or Fitters within the Heavy Equipment, Transport, Bus, Construction, Farming and Automotive industries.
- Solid background in servicing, diagnostics or hydraulics.
- Ability to carry out a physical role with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- A strong commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills.
- Hold a current Car Licence
- Mechanical Trade Certificate
