About the role
As the Service Technician you will perform service calls to repair, maintain, calibrate, and identify solutions to technical problems associated to all weighing and scaling equipment.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Perform duties of repairing, calibrating, and servicing weighing equipment
- Troubleshoot & test scales using supplied equipment
- Troubleshoot and calibrate both mechanical and digital scales
- Document all test results and provide complete paperwork
- Programming of equipment (calibration)
- Complete-time records, work orders, and logs each day
- Create a positive and respectful work environment.
- NMI Licence desired
- 3+ years experience
- Strong working knowledge of industrial weighing equipment is an advantage
- Current Australian drivers license
- Clear communication including both verbal and written
- Full Australian working rights.
- Above market remuneration circa $55ph for the right candidate
- Fully maintained vehicle with fuel card and toll tag
