What will you be doing?
You will focus on providing technical platform knowledge, analysis and software development expertise for our clients. Working directly with account managers, client staff and internal teams to help clients get the most from our platform and platform partners.
As well as:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, give technical guidance, and identify solutions to support ongoing client needs
- Execute and deliver small to medium tasks, including software bug fixes, feature enhancements, and customisations, while upholding engineering standards.
- Have an understanding of platform capabilities to provide technical support to clients during the Client lifecycle phases (onboarding, management, off-boarding) to troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth integration of our platforms.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant documentation to support client understanding and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to meet clients' needs.
- Senior software development and business analysis expertise
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
