Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, Rust, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Build next generation offerings in Load Balancer technologies and work in tandem with other software-defined networking (SDN) teams to deliver seamless, reliable, and performant cloud infrastructure.
Design, develop, and deploy a large-scale distributed system capable of handling massive data processing with exceptional scale and performance.
- Identify opportunities and drive the design and implementation of end-to-end telemetry, alerting, self-healing, and automation capabilities to improve service health, manageability, and reliability.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose practical, implementable technical solutions.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into product features and improvements.
- Be on-call on a rotational basis to provide support during non-business hours and handle emergency situations related to Azure Load Balancer.
