An exciting opportunity exists for an outgoing and self-motivated individual who wishes to make their mark in the managed services sector located in Brisbane CBD and outer suburbs.
We are looking for a Brisbane Service Team Supervisor to oversee and manage our in-field Service Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a Full-Time position reporting to the CEO. Immediate Monday - Friday, Company car or 16K allowance.
About the Role
The role will involve the following duties, but is not limited to:
- Creating and managing the Service Team roster and workload.
- Acting as a “right hand person” to CEO and taking the lead on service projects and initiatives.
- Strong consistent communication daily with our clients on daily site coverage, team changes and challenges.
- Being an independent thinker and leader who can motivate and inspire your team.
- Improving and maintaining service processes, practices and reporting systems
- Acting as an escalation point for the team and across the business for high-priority incidents.
- Driving innovation and leading a road map of process improvement and new processes.
- Collaborating on the implementation of process improvements for service delivery, such as KPIs, SLAs, and workflow.
- Analysing monthly service metrics and identifying service improvement initiatives.
In addition you will also be required to cover planned and unplanned staff leave when required. This involves:
- Attending to the printers across customer sites, replenishing paper and replacing toner cartridges
- Performing basic trouble shooting on printer devices and cleaning the devices as necessary
- Offering training and support to office staff on the use of their multi-function print devices.
About you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a Service Team, preferably in a field service environment.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- A problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- A passion for service excellence and customer satisfaction.
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
