JOB DESCRIPTION
As a TCLH Remote Camp Chef with a focus on quality, innovation and exceeding expectations, you will be at the forefront of our mission for culinary perfection and setting the bar for the entire industry. due to anticipated growth, we seek passionate and FIFO experienced Chefs to join our team and elevate the dining experience in some of the most remote locations.

DUTIES INVOLVED
- Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation and comfort within camp facilities and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards.
- Liaise and work with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day running of our camps.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australian Qualification)
- A clean National Police Clearance valid within 6 months.
- Open unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- Current valid First Aid and CPR Certification (certified by a Nationally Recognised Training Provider)
- Current RIIVEH201 & RIIVEH305 4WD Certificates
- ISI or DCGI Induction
- Any related Rig Inductions
- Relevant construction or mining certificates
- Previous experience working in remote environments or camps
- All successful candidates must be willing to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test.
