The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced full-time Accounts Administrator to join our Head Office team on the Sunshine Coast. Reporting to our Group Management Accountant you will provide invoicing and accounts administration support. You will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, and effectively liaising with the rest of the finance team and providing accounts support across the organisation.
Duties include:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Debtor remittance processing
- Assist with resolving account discrepancies
- Ad hoc duties
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong previous experience in an Accounts Administrator support position
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- Broad experience and high levels of confidence with Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Excel
- Prior experience in MYOB Advance will be desirable
- Ability to work in a busy high paced environment with high accuracy
- Customer service focus, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quality and improvement focus, and high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being a strong team player
