GoHosting is a Canberra based web hosting company. In the last 20 years the client list has built impressively with corporate web hosting, small business web hosting, as well as clubs, associations and government departments – each placing their trust in GoHosting’s high performance web hosting solutions.
GoHosting is looking to expand the team and are looking for a skilled allrounder, who has a background in finance to join our team. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience/ interest in HR, Finance and Administration and is wanting to expand their career and grow with the business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with, but not limited to:
- Providing customers with account related support and enquires.
- Providing administrative assistance such as filing documents, maintaining supplies, and supporting various teams within the company.
- Processing payments, invoices and quotes.
- Utilizing collection procedures and policy guidelines to achieve cash flow.
- Developing and Maintaining Budgets and Reports to assist with business growth.
- Monthly reporting, manage cash controls, and liaise with company's stakeholders, including external bookkeepers and accountants.
- Completing general office duties.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking individuals with the following skills:
- Ability to work to time constraints and handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with Xero and Microsoft products
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and build productive relationships with colleagues, external stakeholders and customers.
- Developed intermediate level computer literacy.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Finance Officer or similar role.
