Finance & Administration Officer

The role
Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, the Finance & Administration Officer will be located at Costa's Renmark Office and responsible for providing end to end administration and finance support to the Harvest Administration team and the Finance and Administration Team through robust data qualification and entry, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining several key documents and registers, and other general administration and financial duties. In addition, the role will be responsible for maintaining the reception completing general reception duties when required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with the harvest administration team to ensure run sheets are correctly entered into Costa’s data management systems.
- Reconcile bin counts on harvest dockets with pack shed receipts and resolve variances.
- Reconcile freight invoices with harvest dockets.
- Assisting the team in identifying continuous improvement and developing and documenting stock processes.
- Ensure delivery dockets are checked and signed off by the relevant authorised officer and process good receipts as per confirmed stock deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling and processing of stock-takes and investigate any identified stock discrepancies.
- Process stock adjustments and stock transfers.
- Assist with the distribution, collection, authorisation and coding of creditor invoices.
- General reception duties including answering phones, front desk enquiries and mail distribution.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or a Cert III in Business Administration or other related field is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in data qualification is desirable but not essential.
- SAP experience is desirable.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong numerical skills and accurate data processing capabilities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
