Tim Davies Landscaping are a leading landscape design, construct and maintain company in Western Australia that has been in the business for 40 years. We have designed, constructed and maintained many of Western Australia’s most iconic gardens. Based on an all-inclusive design, construct and maintenance model, the business has been growing and evolving which has continued to strengthen our unique brand. TDL now employs over 130 people on projects in Perth and the Southwest. 

THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity to join the TDL Finance team in the role of Accounts & Office Administrator!

We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance department as Accounts & Office Administrator. Reporting directly to our fun-loving Financial Controller, you’ll be an integral part of our team, assisting with a range of accounts and administration functions. From managing invoices to supporting daily office functions, you’ll handle tasks that are crucial to our team’s success every day.

What we’re looking for:

  • Well-developed computer skills: Ability to adapt to various software and proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Capable of working in a team environment or independently: Comfortable collaborating with colleagues but also capable of working autonomously when necessary.
  • Strong numeracy skills: A flair and enjoyment for working with numbers is crucial for handling accounts tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Organised with strong prioritisation skills: The ability to manage tasks effectively, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines with a high attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a commitment to learning: A positive attitude towards teamwork, eagerness to learn, and openness to on-the-job training opportunities are highly valued attributes.

Desirable:

  • Ideally, an individual with experience working in an Accounts role.
  • Experience using an ERP system.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assist with all facets of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.
  • Support to other accounts and admin-focused tasks/projects as required.
  • Manage and maintain uniform stock and distribute incoming accounts mail.
  • Manage staff kitchen including amenities.
  • General administrative tasks for the department and support Reception as required.
