THE ROLE:
Are you a Finance Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on business performance? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team in the role of Finance Analyst - Business Transformation.
As Finance Analyst - Business Transformation, you will play a crucial role in implementing the finance foundations and analysis of a five-year Business Transformation project. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager - Operations, this role will business partner with the Operations Team, helping drive business performance and cost control. This role will help to deliver insightful business intelligence and assist in successfully delivering the Transformation program.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Business partnering Operations to add value and insight to the Program.
- Support preparation of business cases through validating costs and benefits
- Project P&L control, analysis and insight, including tracking costs and benefits
- Supporting requirements for project capitalisation
- Development and presentation of recurring project financial reporting
- Business partnering with key project stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- CA or CPA Qualified (or in final modules near completion).
- First mover or second mover after Big 4 accounting experience.
- Sound knowledge of Excel to create financial models.
- True team player mentality and desire to work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
