Make an impact in these key areas of responsibility:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Run workshops with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and cost reduction
- Perform data migration activities
- Develop and manage the knowledge base and facilitate training sessions with users to assist in change management and the ongoing technological empowerment of the business
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process diagrams
- Assist in the development of ISO27001 compliant policies
- Perform Project Management for smaller scale projects
Bring the following skills and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with project experience in delivering complex ERP implementation projects. Experience in NetSuite or COINS highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
- Experience in the creation of visual modelling (wireframes and work-flow diagrams)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proficient in the creation of test plans and cases
- Knowledge of demolition industry practices, regulations, and safety standards is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
