Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum plus superannuation
Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in managing a wide array of financial transactions and processes to support our client's Finance and administration department. From processing financial transactions and managing emails related to accounts to performing bank reconciliations and issuing invoices, your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily management of the account's inbox, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies. Conduct bank reconciliations and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Issue timely customer invoices and statements and prepare weekly supplier payments. Support payroll preparation and maintain compliance calendars for financial obligations. Assist in vendor and customer management, setting up accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
Who We Are Looking For
Educational Background: Degree or diploma in accounting, business, or related field.

- Demonstrated experience in the following:
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
Skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
