The role
The role of Finance Assistant will see you provide high level administrative support to the Finance Manager.
You will assist with fortnightly payroll, accounts payable and receivable, debt recovery and account reconciliations. You will also assist with the preparation of reports and managing bank feeds within MYOB.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role ideally in a medical or health care environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and solution-focused problem solver
- Payroll, accounts and debt recovery experience highly regarded
- Experience using MYOB or other accounting software will be valued
