We are looking for a passionate Assistant Accountant or Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have impeccable problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities
- Cryptocurrency balance and currency value reconciliations
- Management of daily settlement requirements and execution of client fiat deposit and withdrawals
- Regular bank account reconciliations
- End of month processes including but not limited to balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, expense reporting, and fixed asset register management
- Analysis and reporting of revenue metrics
- Bringing new ideas to establish or improve accounting processes
- Ad-hoc projects and business analysis
Required
- To be considered for the position you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Confident working with Microsoft Excel
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- An adaptable working attitude and positive approach are crucial to success in this role
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent
Highly Regarded
- Knowledge and understanding of Cryptocurrencies
- Proficient with Oracle Netsuite
