As a Finance Business Partner supporting our International Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and efficiency within the end to end supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with senior management, providing insightful analysis and strategic guidance to support decision-making processes. What you'll be doing:

As a Finance Business Partner working for Kmart and Target, you will:

• Partner with the International Supply chain team to identify, develop and implement action plans aimed at improving business performance.
• Provide stakeholders with insights on drivers of performance, and be the interface between finance and the international supply chain team.
• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting/planning processes for stakeholders, ensuring inputs and outcomes make financial and commercial sense, and the functions meet their annual targets.
• Problem solve, identify trends and proactively address upcoming issues and opportunities.
• Deliver regular reporting, perform ad hoc analysis, and develop tools and processes to deliver insights, identify risks/opportunities, and support commercial decision-making.
• Provide financial and commercial support to stakeholders on project cost control, performance reporting, and process improvements.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum of seven year's experience in a financial or commercial role, preferably within a large-scale retail or consumer goods industry.
• Be CPA or CA qualified.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• The ability to demonstrate thought leadership, initiative and operate in an autonomous manner.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven financial modelling skills and high competency in SAP, TM1 and Excel.
• Experience with Agile project management and Agile ways of working
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
