We are looking for a a highly skilled and strategic Finance Business Partner to join the personal banking division, committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and customer-focused solutions. About the Opportunity
As the Finance Business Partner, you'll report dirctly to the Head of Divion and Divisional CFO. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional who can drive business performance and support strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
Act as a trusted advisor to the Divisional Head, CFO, and senior management team, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business strategy and performance.
Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and KPIs, to ensure alignment with business goals.
Support strategic initiatives like M&A, investments, and growth opportunities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and financial regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, enhance operational efficiencies, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Ideal Profile
You will be CA/CPA qualified coupled with 8+ years experience in a Business Partner or similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis tools. Advanced Excel skills and PowerBI.
Deep knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
