The role:
Based on-site in Lismore, the Finance Business Partner will play a vital role within manufacturing activities, providing essential partnering across Operations, Production and Supply Chain.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Mananger, the Finance Business Partner will work across costing, budgeting and forecasting, manufacturing variances and inventory tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation, analysis, and review of the monthly business performance across P&L, balance sheet and working capital.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for their area of responsibility ensuring optimisation of resources and providing understanding into the future performance and current risks/opportunities against the forecast.
- Provide support to the Senior Finance Business Partner Manufacturing and Supply Chain, CFO GM Manufacturing and wider senior executive team in achieving overall business objectives and profitability improvement
- Provide support to the wider Finance Business Partner team with reporting and analysis as required.
- Provide commercial input to strategy, business planning and execution.
- Drive business performance through the provision of commercial insights and the establishment of KPI’s as a measure of achievement
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 5+ years’ experience within a similar role within a manufacturing business
- High level financial analysis skills and natural business acumen
- Strong partnering experience
- SAP experience preferred but not essential.
