Description
Responsibilities:
- Daily, weekly & monthly analysis and reporting of site operating performance.
- Budgeting & re-forecasting for site & commercial operations.
- Product standard costings o Power BI Reporting
- Provide data driven insights to operational managers to improve overall performance.
- Participation in internal audits
KPIs / Expected Deliverables:
- Promote Continuous Improvement
- Timely and accurate reporting
- Cost saving initiative.
Profile
You must have
- 5+ years in similar role.
- Tertiary qualified and must have CP/CPA.
- Experience in the Retail or FMCG sectors will be highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner in business at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills and experience in Power BI.
- Ability to solve problems and have a solid background in analytical and critical thinking.
- Process improvement mindset and a drive to create systems and processes that increase productivity.
Job Offer
- Salary package: $120K - $140K excluding super.
- Hybrid work: 1 day WFH except Tuesday.
