Looking for a role that fills your cup? Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join its passionate team.
About the role
The Finance Business Partner acts as a key Business Partner with their key stakeholders to ensure functions and departments meet agreed KPIs via effective and actionable reporting and analysis. They are responsible for monthly P&L preparation, review and reporting, preparation of budgets and leading forecasting reviews with stakeholders. This role will also manage an Accountant.
Key responsibilities
- Analyst—Draws conclusions and makes recommendations based on qualitative or quantitative data
- Cross-Functional Liaison—Builds, maintains and leverages relationships with individuals from other work groups to coordinate internal resources and accomplish shared goals.
- Global Mind-Set—Advocates a global viewpoint; contributes to global goals; makes decisions and takes actions aligned with global goals; considers global implications.
- Technical Expert—Provides expert advice to others within the organization based on knowledge gained from professional training or work experience
- Team Management — Develops a culture, sets high standards and accountability that leads to ongoing excellence, and effective growth of the business while maintaining the highest integrity
