The successful candidate will use advanced reporting tools like Microsoft PowerBi and IBM Cognos Planning Analytics to deliver comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering financial, operational, and strategic guidance to senior management.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform scenario analysis, and recommend actions for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators, enhancing business decision-making processes.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Generate detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate financial management training sessions to build organizational capability.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with CA or CPA qualifications preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Business Partnering or advisory role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a strong command of Microsoft PowerBi, IBM Cognos Planning Analytics, and advanced Excel skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate complex financial information in an accessible manner.
Experience in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and driving business improvements.
Essential Conditions:
