The Role:
- Collections Officer
- Full-time permanent role
- $60-65,000 + super
- Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
- Hybrid working
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service for customers on financing and insurance
- Arranging payment plans
- Negotiating payment arrangements to support customers financial requirements
- Provide customers with end of term options
- Provide first point of resolution to all general customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Collection of failed payments
Key Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, ideally from a call centre
- Strong active listening, problem-solving and rapport-building skills
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple technology platforms
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
