FINANCE AND BUSINESS SERVICES CENTREJOONDALUP$88,973 TO $95,993 PA PLUS 17% SUPERANNUATIONFULLTIME, ONGOINGOverviewThe Finance and Business Services Centre - City Campus Finance Team have the primary responsibility to deliver high quality financial management of the projects under the ECU City Campus Program and provide support to other areas of the University on financial and procurement matters relating to this program of works.Reporting to the Project Accountant, the Finance Coordinator will be responsible for delivering client-focused accounting services while ensuring compliance with the University’s financial policies, procedures and processes, with specific focus on research project management and support. The ideal candidate will have: Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Commerce, or Management, majoring in Accounting. A membership with a professional body (such as Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand) or working towards membership. Experience:
Experience in delivering accounting/financial support services to a large business unit.
Experience and a high level of skill in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in transaction processing and confirming accuracy of information presented in financial reports.
Experience with a large ERP (i.e. Oracle) is desirable.
