Legal & Financial Services Coordinator - $100K + Super (Negotiable)

Our client is a boutique West Australian-owned provider of project management, capital development and promotional services within the Perth property market. Due to internal growth they are looking to engage a Legal and Financial Services Administrator.

As the Legal & Financial Services Administrator, you'll have a central role in upholding our clients commitment to legal and financial excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO & Compliance Manager, you'll serve as the conduit between internal departments and external legal advisors. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and oversight of contracts spanning Sales, Investment, and Project Management domains.
• Guarantee meticulous alignment of all contracts with their rigorous company policies, legal mandates, and industry benchmarks.

Legal Compliance:

• Stay at the forefront of legal regulations and emerging best practices, particularly within the construction and Financial Services sectors.
• Forge collaborative partnerships with legal counsel to fortify contract legality and protect our corporate interests.
• Be the catalyst in resolving any legal disputes tied to contracts, ensuring swift and favorable outcomes.

Financial Acumen & Administration:

Qualifications/Previous Experience:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field 
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in contract management, legal administration, ideally within Financial Services or Real Estate or Construction, showcasing your proficiency and track record of success.
• Demonstrate an innate understanding of finance industry regulations and best practices, underscoring your readiness to excel in this multifaceted role.
