About our school: St Ann’s School, Redbank Plains, is a Brisbane Catholic Education Primary School opened in January 2020. The school is located 35 minutes southwest of the Brisbane CBD between Ipswich and Springfield Lakes. Commencing in 2020 with approximately 100 students from Prep to Year 3, it is anticipated the school will grow to over 500 students by 2025, with Prep to Year 6.

About the role - The role holder’s performance is measured against organisational, team and individual key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition, the role’s success is measured by the following key result areas:
- End to end maintenance of all school financials, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of bank accounts, end of month and end of year.
- Strategic management of the school financial resources.
- Reconciliation of accounts and corporate credit cards.
- Manage the billing and collection of school fees.
- Cashier and banking duties.
- Data entry.
- Annual budget & report preparation.
- Liaise and issue contracts to various providers.
- Coordination of property and building maintenance activities.
- General asset management.
- Staffing recruitment administration.
- Procurement.
- General administration functions
About you - To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with BCE finance system, Microsoft Dynamics D365 is desirable.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications at Associate Diploma/Diploma level or equivalent experience/qualifications.
- First Aide Certificate is desirable.
Experience
- Previous experience in administration management, accounting or similar would be highly regarded.
