AddressJohn Cole Toyota Atherton has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our Multi-franchise dealership.
Working directly with our Sales manager and finance consultants, you will utilise your Finance & Insurance knowledge, as well as your customer service & sales skills, to provide customers finance and insurance support.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced candidate to further develop their career within the motoring industry.
About the Role:
Your duties will include but not be limited to -
- Identifying customer needs & provide Finance & Insurance and protective solutions including our industry leading Toyota Access, PowerTorque products.
- Build positive long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Maximise sales opportunities from showroom traffic, phone, and online enquiries.
- Manage our existing finance customers, nurturing them to repurchase/ retention strategies.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the range of products and accessories through formal and informal training.
- Have a strong desire to help achieve individual and team targets.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience delivering excellent customer service & sales of finance and insurance products.
- Communicating & complying with automotive finance and insurance policies.
- Preparing & completing finance documents, leasing, insurance contracts and policies.
- Monitoring and maximizing all sales leads.
- Maintaining accurate & timely administrative processes & reports.
- Being self-motivated while having excellent communication, organisation & interpersonal skills.
