The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support company objectives.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the company's cash flow, including monitoring liquidity, optimising working capital, and forecasting cash needs.
- Monitor financial risks facing the organisation and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and industry-specific regulations.
- Support the team with professional development opportunities.
- Communicate financial information and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, board members, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel.
