Form of workFarnese/TQ Stone Products is a Machinery, Tooling and Equipment supplier to the Stone Benchtop Fabrication Industry with more than 20 years experience. We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Finance Manager to join our Tooling and Equipment Division in Perth.
Currently located in Forrestdale, the company will be re-locating to Malaga in July 2024.
The individual can run an efficient accounting team, ensure high level of service to our customers and deliver sound financial management and performance.
A key responsibility of this position will be the management of the day to day operations of the company’s finances which will include accounts payables, accounts receivables, weekly payroll, financial monthly reporting and BAS lodgements.
The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified with a finance/accounting major. The role reports to the General Manager and CEO.
General Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable
2. Accounts Receivable
3. Bank account and Loan Reconciliations
4. Intercompany finance movement
5. Payroll - Xero
6. Human Resources - inductions
7. Superannuation
8. PAYG ATO Submission monthly ATO
9. BAS Submission Quarterly ATO
10. End of year preparation liaise with accountant
11. Financial reports – Profit & Loss – Cash Flow monthly
12. Financial Budgets
13. Insurance Policies and claims
14. Financial Loan preparation for new sales and company requirements - Liaise with Finance Broker
15. Vehicle/asset registrations and transfers
14. Office Procedure development – Document Control
15. Staff development training ESUITE/Office procedures
16. ESUITE accounts management training and ongoing support
17. Management of 2 Office personnel
18. Ad hoc duties as required PA to General Manger and CEO.
About you:
- CA or CPA qualified
- A strong understanding of financial control
- Ability to build rapport and engage with various stakeholders
- You must possess a strong attention to detail
- XERO software proficient
