Polesy Packaging & Textiles is seeking a Customer Account Manager to expand our market share in Western Australia. Join our team and play a vital role in increasing sales and strengthening our presence in the commercial accommodation sector.
As a Customer Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to visit existing customers while also expanding our client base. You will be responsible for selling our range of Commercial Bed Linen, Bedding, Towelling and associated products to a diverse customer network, ranging from small accommodation businesses through to multinational corporations.
We will provide in-house training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career advancement.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated sales experience within a similar environment and a natural ability to influence stakeholders.
Ideally you can demonstrate:
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, build rapport and collaborate with existing and prospective clientele.
- Effective time management skills, as well as excellent inter-personal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Enjoying being out in the field, meeting customers and prospects and building on already strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to think logically and to proactively develop solutions in a timely fashion.
- Confidence in presenting our wide product & service range to customers.
- Experience using CRM systems for planning, analysis, and reporting.
As our Customer Account Manager in WA, you will play a critical role in our expansion plans. With a strong presence on the East Coast, we are looking to grow our market share in WA and enhance the Polesy brand and reputation. You will be responsible for visiting customers and prospects, resolving any challenges, and developing sales plans for capturing new business opportunities.
