What you will be doing...
As the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in being the day-to-day management of the Finance team. You will provide critical business-finance partnership connections, as well as overseeing business performance, reporting, project profitability analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  
What you will be doing...

• Financial management of month end process, including monthly financial statements, accruals, transfers, profit & loss accounts, analysis, variances and margin adjustment calculations
• Preparation of financial documents including commentary to support business promotions
• Review project reports with Management, Project Directors, and Project Leads
• Lead the preparation of office & sector budgeting, monthly forecasting process, involving stakeholders, to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Applying knowledge of the business environment, including how there are positioned in the industry
• Considering the long-term perspective for identify possible opportunities and risks 
• Support internal and external stakeholders on any financial matters, where needed
• Assist with internal and external audit queries to ensure the audit process is completed efficiently

What you need…

• A relevant tertiary qualification, combined with equivalent training, accreditation and experience.
• CPA/CA Qualification.
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Exercise problem solving skills and use substantial initiative and judgement to work independently to meet objectives.
• Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback.
