Finance Manager

An opportunity has become available to bring on an experienced Finance Manager to their Retail team to ensure accurate monthly accounting across their shopping centre portfolio.
  
Responsibilities will include:

• Liaison with broader property teams.
• Prepare end of month and monthly and end of year reports
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable
• Fixed Asset Management
• General ledger
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Coordination of yearly budgets
• Audit assistance
• Assist with monthly performance reports
• Other general accounts duties

To be successful in this role, you must have previous Accounting experience in retail property and advanced excel capabilities. You will be a team player with a corporate presentation as well as confident communication, with the ability to interface with high level stakeholders.
