Salary Range $120,000 - $140,000
Located in the Busselton area with operations in the metro area

A new opportunity has opened up for a Financial Manager to join our expanding business with the role reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The Finance Manager has leadership of a small team responsible for managing LN Price & Partners Pty Ltd finance functions.

Are you able to undertake these duties and achieve a successful outcome?
The duties include
- Drive the company's financial planning
- Preparation of month end management reporting, including management reporting and supporting work papers.
- Cash flow management, forecasting and working capital management.
- Preparation of reporting to assist in the decision-making process. Expense analysis, product or channel profitability analysis, stock ageing
- Continuous improvement in systems, processes, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Support business leaders in their financial decision-making process
You will need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience in a financial management position
- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
