Position: Finance Manager (Reporting)
Department: Financial Management
Location: Sydney CBD
Term: This is a Two Year Maximum Term Contract, with the possibility of becoming an on-going role after contract period has ended.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory reporting requirements;
- Coordinating the collection of financial information and perform the preparation and review of financial and APRA and other regulatory bodies, including RBA and ABS;
- Manage regulatory reporting governance activities including attestations and sign offs and other data quality related management policy and procedures;
- Facilitates the report preparation process of the Bank to ensure sufficient controls and procedures are in place for timely and accurate reporting to regulators, external parties and head office;
- Facilitates the automation of financial data collection, and implementation management information system;
- Coordinating the development of MIS and reporting system to fulling internal and external needs;
- Manage and evaluate data quality related policies, processes and procedures and take action to ensure they efficient;
- Ad hoc duties.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 3-5years banking experience
- 3 years accounting professional experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, BA, Finance, or Data Analytics
- Ability to develop detailed plan and organise variety of tasks and projects to achieve goals
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadline
- Ability to get point of view across clearly and concisely
- Ability to use effective questioning techniques to understand customer need
Candidates must have PR or Australian Citizenship.
