About the Finance Manager – Supply Chain Role
As the Finance Manager, Supply Chain, you will report to the Finance Director, ANZ. This senior role will provide manufacturing and commercial analysis, partner with functional managers to generate business insights and opportunities, drive the manufacturing and Supply Chain forecasting and budgeting process’ and provide expert insight and analysis into cost accounting.
You will forge and nurture strong internal relationships across multiple departments, specifically with the Supply Chain team. With one direct report, a Supply Chain Accountant, you will also maintain the standard costing system, provide costing and insight into new product opportunities, provide support and analysis around all CAPEX spend, and will deliver timely and insightful analysis of business
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide manufacturing and commercial analysis to the business
- Provide cost accounting expertise and insights
- Drive business improvements through continual analysis and interpretation of key data and information
- Drive operational performance metrics
- Drive and own the monthly forecast and budgeting process’ from a manufacturing and Supply Chain perspective
- Maintain the Standard Costing System
- Financial support and analysis on all CAPEX spend
About You – Skills and Attributes
- A passion for food is a must for all our employees!
- 5+ years’ post qualification experience working in a senior Management/Cost Accountant role
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing costing and analysis, Financial Reporting, Accounting Standards, Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Demonstrated experience in driving change within a finance partnering role, building an effective team, process optimisation/improvement.
- You will be confident in managing complexity, being resilient, balancing stakeholders and optimizing work processes.
- Experience working in manufacturing, ideally FMCG or fast paced SME, and able to manage the opportunities and challenges this presents
- Qualifications – tertiary accounting qualification, with a CA/ CPA or equivalent.
